D3. Archive-It software interface errors

Bugs encountered within the browser-based Archive-It software service interface can stall or permanently arrest the QA process, and so must be reported to Archive-It before any further QA activity is performed. It is especially important in this cases to ensure that the report includes hardware/software specifications, screenshots and/or relevant URLs, and step-by-step accounting of how each problem was encountered. Archive-It partner specialists may otherwise not be able to recreate and diagnose it.
